This course is designed to help the daily practice of Centering Prayer to take root. Each session consists of a Centering Prayer sit, a 30-minute video teaching by Fr. Thomas Keating and facilitated discussion. Cancellation Policy

COSEW General Policy for Cancellations/Refunds: The amount paid for a workshop/class may be applied to a future workshop/class or applied to COSEW as a tax-deductible donation. Retreats: The deposit for retreats is non-refundable. The remaining balance is refundable if cancelled at least 5 days before the beginning of the retreat.
