Caring for our common Home
Available spots
Event Description
Pope Francis’ 2015 letter, called an Encyclical, Laudato Si’ – On Care for Our Common Home, is a call to action on behalf of the environment and the current challenges we are confronted with in our relationship to it. His letter to the world teaches us that God created the world and entrusted it to us as a gift, and that we have the responsibility to care for and protect it and all people, who are part of creation. In this presentation we’ll explore the basics of Laudato Si’ and its message for us as individuals, our communities, and our world. Zoom only Thursday Feb. 20, 6:30pm to 8:30pm Presenter: Jim Gill $10
