CELLULAR TRANSFORMATION In the last session we looked at our relationship with the cosmos. The beauty and complexity of each star or galaxy is so amazing… but so is the unique mystery of each cell in our human body! In this contemplative art session we will reflect on the “essence” of every cell of our being. Whether we name it energy, or God, or life force, we will take time to be aware of the sacredness that permeates our being. We will learn the art technique called “Neurographic Art” which draws upon science, art, psychology and elements of eastern and Judeo-Christan spiritual traditions. A simple drawing method is used to help connect the conscious and the unconscious in order to gain access to the inner self. Engaging in Neurographic Art can create a mindful and meditative state of awareness so that new neural connections can be created and healing can occur. Presenter: Patricia Rass prass@ssndcp.org

COSEW General Policy for Cancellations/Refunds: The amount paid for a workshop/class may be applied to a future workshop/class or applied to COSEW as a tax-deductible donation.
